What clients and participants say

Counselling

Shared by clients, with names withheld for privacy

I was undergoing personal issues and had problems coping with the situation I was in. My interaction and sessions with Julie helped me cope with these issues. The sessions also helped me believe in myself, thereby enabling me to take a stand in a difficult situation.
Client, female, 52
Julie’s ability to hold space for me to be able to share my thoughts, feelings and process my experiences was incredibly helpful. I was able to share things without any constraint. She helped me in my journey with various tools and reflective exercises, that helped me step into my own potency to respond to my current life situation. Julie is knowledgeable, patient and caring and I was comfortable being myself with her. I recommend her for anyone looking for an experienced and warm therapist.
Client, female, 45
I was fortunate enough to know Julie while I was going through a difficult time in my life. She, being a thorough therapist, identified the causes and helped me navigate and come out with better outcome and clarity of mind. I would highly recommend Julie if you are in search of someone who has the patience and understanding, with no judgements, to help you navigate during your time of need.

Thoughts In Motion workshop

Participant feedback

I liked the ‘Reframing’ technique, where we add ‘yet’ that opens up different possibilities. Talking to body and listening was insightful. Great facilitation, engaging and experiential.
Workshop participant
How you can change the way thoughts flow in the head… While the workshop was for 1.5 hours only, I wish it would have been half a day.
Workshop participant
To look into my body, sense the signals it’s giving me, when I am unable to figure out my thoughts.
Workshop participant
I learnt how to check on my thoughts and to analyse my thoughts very often.
Workshop participant
Good affirmations, stronger and positive thoughts. Everything was very well organised.
